FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES PLAN

Project Title: MYTHS AND FACTS: Unveiling the Truth (MAF)
Project Type: Erasmus+ Youth Exchange
Duration: Post-project phase (2–6 months)

Objective

To ensure that the results, experiences, and key learnings from the Youth Exchange reach wider local, national, and international audiences. This is achieved through structured follow-up activities implemented by each partner organization, maximizing impact, visibility, and sustainability.

🇨🇾 CYPRUS – NGO ACPELIA

ACPELIA will focus its follow-up on empowering young people in rural Limassol by organizing local workshops where participants present what they learned during the project. These workshops will promote environmental responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking. Participants will share workshop materials digitally via a national network of youth workers. The follow-up will also be published on ACPELIA's long-standing project web pages and promoted through:

  • 📌 Facebook

  • 📌 Instagram

Sustainability Model: Workshop materials will be available online for at least 5 years through project webpages, in line with ACPELIA's long-standing dissemination practice (e.g., GICE, DIGETEM).

🇦🇲 ARMENIA – International Centre of Youth Cooperation

The Armenian team will organize presentations and workshops in collaboration with university student councils to reach young students. They will:

  • Engage city councils to co-host awareness events.

  • Empower participants to design online and offline campaigns sharing their experiences.

  • Share results via the organization's channels and relevant youth cooperation networks:

    • Facebook Group

    • SALTO Youth OTLAS profile

    • Council of Europe NSC

🇬🇪 GEORGIA – Gori Youth Center

The Georgian team will:

  • Conduct follow-up workshops with at least 20 local young people.

  • Disseminate project content (photos, videos, articles) via:

    • Facebook Page – 1500+ followers

    • Instagram Page

  • Cooperate with local media (e.g., Mozaika News, Qartli.ge) for outreach.

  • Involve participants in creating dissemination materials.

🇱🇧 LEBANON – Forever Young

The Lebanese team will organize community-based cultural events in the Chouf region. These will feature:

  • Participant-led workshops and storytelling sessions.

  • Visual storytelling via their Instagram.

  • Expansion to LinkedIn and Facebook for broader visibility.

  • Deep youth engagement by assigning full event planning responsibilities to participants to increase ownership and local credibility.

🇧🇬 BULGARIA – Youth Club

Dissemination will occur in three stages:

  1. Social Media Sharing on Facebook (900+ followers) and Instagram.

  2. Internal Youth Club Presentation for peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.

  3. School Visits, where participants recount experiences and promote future Erasmus+ participation.

Offline sessions will also target community stakeholders and parents. Additional outreach via the local digital press: e-Svilengrad.

🇨🇿 CZECH REPUBLIC – Active Vitorazsko z. s.

Each participant will be required to write a reflection report. These reports will be:

  • Shared on school and municipal websites or magazines (e.g., Českovelenický Zpravodaj).

  • School Visits, where participants recount experiences and promote future Erasmus+ participation.

  • Promoted via:

    • Gymnázium Třeboň

    • Active Vitorazsko

The Czech team ensures the rural community of the Vitorazsko and Třeboň regions is continuously engaged through local newsletters and school-based dissemination.
