Task in Pissouri
As part of the MYTHS AND FACTS: Unveiling the Truth Youth Exchange in Cyprus, participants explored the beautiful and award-winning village of Pissouri, recently recognized by the UNWTO as one of the Best Tourism Villages 2024. This interactive activity combined discovery, teamwork, and intercultural learning while highlighting Pissouri's sustainable tourism, cultural heritage, and local traditions.
Through a series of creative tasks, participants engaged with local residents, explored historical landmarks, and captured their experiences through photography. The activities encouraged cultural exchange, curiosity, and connection with the local community — embodying the project's spirit of uncovering truths and celebrating diversity. Each team worked collaboratively to complete challenges related to Pissouri's history, architecture, gastronomy, and environment, documenting their journey through photos and reflections.

In the square of the village there is a graphical fountain
with some art on it. What is the name of

The Communal Amphitheater of Pissouri is a new amphitheater with old design (coming from ancient theaters); find it and find the place where you can talk and be heard from everywhere.

Super close to the fountain is one of the few markets in central Pissouri. The owner enjoys when visitors come to Pissouri from Erasmus, what is his name? Take a group photo with him!

- Pissouri is very interesting village with great views and history
- The small thing that we noticed in Pissuri where cats who where walking all over the village so that was the inspiration for our group name we also where amazed with the architecture of the village we loved the decorations and plants that were making places even more prettier and for the villagers they were so kind and talkative every one of them whenever greeting us with smiles and with wishes to help us but best part would be the memories and photos that we are left with.
- Pissouri is a lovely seaside village that shows the real beauty of Cyprus. It has amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea, a beautiful sandy beach, and a calm, friendly atmosphere. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a mix of local charm and tradition.
- Pissouri is very beautiful with friendly people. We really enjoy walking around this impressive streets which have great energy.
